As the President & CEO of Virtuos, Venky manages global operations of Virtuos in US, EMEA and APAC regions and is responsible for the strong growth, and invention of two digital businesses - Virtuos.io: Incubating smart ideas and developing platforms and Consultare: Consulting & IT Services; Cloud and Yippee Media – The UX, Social and Digital Marketing Services business.
Prior to heading Virtuos, Venky founded Tekcorp which has alliances with IBM, and Toshiba for many years as a distributor and System Integrator. In 2008 Venky re-engineered business by springing Virtuos into high performance consulting services and launched the company as the first incubation from Tekcorp by aligning with industry leaders such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, KANA, IBM and Salesforce.com.
An MBA by qualification, Venky has over 15 years of experience in IT Consulting, Digital Marketing, e-Business and Customer Experience (CX).

With over 15+ years experience of having worked for multitude of companies such as Tekcorp, Tupperware, Evancore, Shaloo brings unparalleled people-centric equation that drives Virtuos boldly into the future. With key HR and Talent management team working for her, she heralds a new chapter for Virtuos by making Employees First for everything we do. Under her leadership, Virtuos has re-engineered talent recruitment & retention strategies, and developed the next generation employees with modern training methods. Shaloo's other initiatives include 360 Degree Outlook Performance Reviews; Mint123 Incentives; and Virtuism 123 CSR activities. Shaloo is a post graduate from Delhi University and co-founder of Giftcart.com, a startup in gifting e-commerce.
As Solution Consulting Director, Kristina manages the client engagements, handles the solution design by interacting with key executives, and decision makers. With strong 12+ years of expertise in Travel, Airlines and Contact center operations, Kristina brings great value proposition to our customers. Born and studied in Germany, Kristina has worked for companies such as Orbitz, Intelenet prior to joining Virtuos and was responsible for redefining the contact center experiences. Kristina is also on the board of directors at Giftcart.com, a startup into specialised gifting services.
As Senior Consultant, Corporate Programs John oversees the operations, and ignites our Virtuoso teams to bring the creativity out of them. By profession John is a class "A" PGA golf professional from the United States. Originally from Florida, John has been part of the PGA since 1985. John last worked with Emaar MGF and ITC group at very senior level positions. As a mentor and guide to Virtuoso teams, John is involved with us in coaching, conducting corporate events, tournament operations and frequent programs in promoting CSR. He brings the best out of our teams while contributing to the society at large.
As the Head of Technology- CX and Lead Consultant for CX Practice, Amarinder (popularly known as AMS) brings 5+ years of pure CRM/CX experience learning every bit at Virtuos University. Being part of the founding employees team at Virtuos since 2008, AMS has delivered several dozens of CX/CRM projects with end to end responsibility and dedication. Today AMS heads sizeable team to deliver transformational services such as implementation & integration efforts around CX, CRM - be it Oracle RightNow CX Cloud; KANA Enterprise CX or Maximizer SMB CRM. By qualification AMS did his masters in Computer Applications and has prior experience of working with Tekcorp before joining Virtuos.
